Increase your order and productivity Back!
May 1st, 2020Let's act resiliently, we spend a lot of time cycled in four walls and what was our productive routine has changed due to circumstances, but here are some quick tips to return to your activities and make it as light as possible:
1. Not everything is immediate, tranquility above all, thinking of returning to the routine as if nothing had happened is flying very high, our adaptation may not be such an instant process, and it is totally normal and it is fine, it takes time to pick up the pace again.
2. Learn from what we have experienced, let us not close this stage without becoming aware of future similar situations, let us not let go of those habits that have become part of our routines, such as frequent hand washing, taking time to reflect, read, spend time with our loved ones, let's give a meaning of understanding to what has been lived and let's integrate the best into our current and future life, let's not return to mistakes of the past.
3. Be understanding with others: We are all different and we all go through different processes, if you see that a co-worker is having difficulties reintegrating into the routine, help him, talk to him and above all be understanding, reintegration into the routine is a process that we are all going to live and what better than with the understanding of those around us Let's help each other!
4. Adapting and integrating all the experiences of this period will take time. Even so, it may happen that we are not able to feel like before or enjoy as we used to. If after a few weeks of post-quarantine these feelings of discomfort, anxiety or fear persist or if they are too intense from the beginning to prevent us from resuming our routine of life, it will be time to ask for professional help.
5. Changes bring opportunities, seeing everything with the greatest optimism will do us a lot of good, being grateful that despite everything we are among the lucky ones who keep a job, which represents a source of income for our families, after going through difficult times the sun always rises, and even if one routine is broken, another begins and it is our responsibility to face what comes in the best possible way if we want to see positive results.
