ESR® 2015 Distinction

Within the framework of the VIII Latin American Meeting of Socially Responsible Companies in Mexico City, with the theme “Challenges and Commitments towards a better future”, organized by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (Cemefi) in collaboration with the Alliance for Corporate Social Responsibility in Mexico (AliaRSE), the 2015 ESR® Distinctive award ceremonies were held for 1,168 companies from Mexico and Latin America, which have committed to the implementation of CSR in their management model.

In this meeting, Transportes Pitic received the ESR distinction for the fourth consecutive year. This means that it has a high rate of social responsibility, supporting with documents (verifying evidence) its commitment to:

• Create a favorable, safe, inclusive and participatory work environment that fosters the human and professional development of its employees.
• Have an ethical management that is characterized by its transparency, equitable treatment and policies to prevent illicit business.
• Meet the expectations of its stakeholders and assume its responsibility in the communities where it operates.
• Protect the environment; optimize resources; recycle and incorporate their products into natural cycles.
