PROFILES MOST DEMANDED BY E-COMMERCE
March 4th, 2016One of the sectors with good growth is electronic commerce, which according to forecasts, has several years ahead to continue this trend. According to the National Commission for Markets and Competition (CNMC), e-commerce in Spain has grown by 27 percent in the second quarter of 2015 to reach a quarterly turnover of 4,945.9 million euros.
With these perspectives in mind, the impact of this sector at the labor level during 2016 has been analyzed by Adecco, with the general conclusion that jobs will continue to be created in certain sectors and for various profiles related to it. According to the report, the hiring of professionals related to electronic commerce, will increase between 15 percent and 20 percent compared to 2015, according to Adecco; This is due to the growth forecasts for the sector, which will continue to improve in sales and billing over the coming months.
In which sectors will it create jobs? “Although electronic commerce is linked to a multitude of sectors, it will be those that are closely linked to it that will generate a greater number of contracts. Among the most prominent are logistics and transport, technology and digital marketing.
Which profiles will be most in demand? More jobs will be created in those positions that belong to the aforementioned sectors. Therefore, it will be very varied profiles that this sector demands; such as driver, handler or forklift driver (in logistics and transport), web or app developer (technological) and newly created profiles, with a certain marketing component such as E-commerce Manager or Growth Hacker.
