Annual operator training

Transportes Pitic has devoted great efforts to quality and safety, counting on
units with an average age of 3 and a half years; just like a boarding school
for operators, which has allowed us to reduce accidents to only 1 for every 5 million
kilometers, as well as having ISO 9001:2008 certification since 2001.
As part of these efforts, annual training is given to operators with a
duration of 40 hours. The objective is to train the 100% of public service operators
federal, dedicated to transporting the load of our clients around the republic.
The training includes topics related to customer service, safety, hygiene,
compensation and benefits, reliable resource, defensive driving, maintenance,
among others that are of interest and great importance for the collaborators
One of the important topics is about the code of ethics, by means of which information is given to
collaborators the objectives of the same, the policies of the company, the sanctions that
are applied if the regulations, the institutional philosophy and, above all, it is important
update our operators on compensation and benefits, taking
take into account the policies and forms of payment that they have spatially focused on the
modality of motor transport with which they are contracted, and thus clear doubts.

good afternoon in my old job I was as a driver of an 8 ton truck for 1.8 months on a local route and participating in a light training for trailer and now I have my federal license and I am very interested in being a tractor operator you have with school or training courses, you could help me thanks in advance
